Please note the following

In order to ensure that registration at the venue can be carried out smoothly and swiftly (distribution of conference materials), we would ask you to register by 13:00 on 16 September. Please also note that we can accept cash payments only at the venue.

Attendance at the Kleinheubacher Tagung 2020 is only possible if the registration fee has been paid. This fee covers the programme booklet, coffee breaks, the night watchman's guided tour of the town (limited number of places), and the boat trip.

Accompanying persons and honorary members of the URSI are eligible to attend for free.

Terms and conditions

Online registration fees must have been paid before the beginning of the conference (early registration rate: payment by credit card or bank transfer; standard registration rate: by credit card by 16 September 2020). Invoices and receipts (after payment) will be sent out by email in all cases.
The fee when registering at the venue can only be paid in cash. An invoice and a receipt will be sent by email after the conference.
Once payment has been received, a receipt will be sent out by email.
Registration fees are non-transferable.
Cancellations must be sent to Copernicus Meetings by email before 8 September 2020 in order for a refund to be issued. There is a cancellation fee of €20.
Any complaints must be sent by email to Copernicus Meetings at the latest six weeks after the last day of the conference.
